With its beetroot-stained Swedish birch handle and sharp Swedish stainless steel blade, this neat kitchen knife is designed to give you the best possible conditions for success.
The 8 cm long polished blade is forged from Swedish stainless steel, 10C28Mo2, with a recycling rate of over 80%. The high-quality steel makes it possible to achieve razor-sharp edges and has a chemical composition that provides excellent corrosion resistance. Each blade is side-ground with the utmost precision and finished with a fine honing of the edge, resulting in a total edge angle of 36 degrees – 18 degrees per side.
