The Morakniv Classic 1891 Utility Knife with its beautiful red birch handle is the perfect every day knife. Like all Morakniv knives it is manufactured in Mora, Sweden. This version of the knife has the Morakniv x Tormek collab logo lasered on the blade.
This knife is a medium sized kitchen knife that is perfect for chopping herbs, slicing fruit or cutting vegetables, among other things. The handle is well-balanced and made of red-stained Swedish birch, a century old classic Morakniv look. The sharp blade has an edge angle of 18 degrees per side (total angle of 36 degrees) and is made out of Swedish stainless steel.
