For continental Europe: Free shipping to several countries in the EU for orders from 50.- Euro. We are delivering with DHL Parcel Connect to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Italy and Spain (August 2023).

For Sweden: Free Shipping from 500 SEK. Packages are delivered to the closest DHL Service Point to your delivery adress. Smaller shipments are sent with Postnord. 

The delivery times to your home adress is up to 7 working days from shipping, depending on your home adress.

Returns

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order you can do that within 14 days after delivery of the products. Please contact us to get a return-label. 

Claims

If there is something wrong with your machine, please do not hesitate to contact us. For all guarantee-issues Tormek will pay for the shipping cost and you will get a label from us.
